Shipping Terms and Conditions Our goal at TheGPS-Shop.com is to deliver your order as fast as we can at the lowest cost to you. US Domestic Customers - all available stock orders received by 4pm Eastern Time will ship the same day. (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Customers selecting "Air Delivery" will receive their order within 2 days of shipment within mainland US. "Ground" delivery customers will receive their order between 3 and 8 days of shipment within mainland US. Note: that our carrier UPS does not include Saturday and Sunday and Holidays within these shipping times. International Customers - all available stock orders will ship within 48 hours of placing the order. (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. International customers who choose UPS Worldwide Express should expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days depending upon Customs Clearance schedules in your home country. Note: that UPS does not include Saturday and Sunday and Holidays within these shipping times. Shipping Costs All shipments within mainland US are shipped by UPS. The cost of freight will be calculated by our system when you place your order in the Shopping Cart. For all orders up to 30 lbs a flat rate fee of $7.95 for "Ground" deliveries and $22.95 for UPS next day "Air Delivery" for any size, quantity and weight of products. Note: Next Day "Air Delivery" shipments require signature acceptance by an adult is an extra $2.75. Order Tracking Customers placing online orders will be notified by Email after their shipment has been dispatched. If you do not provide us with your Email address then you will not receive notification. Shipping Policies For the security and protection of your goods the following Shipping Policies apply:
Damaged/Lost Shipments If your order is damaged in-transit, contact TheGPS-Shop.com by Email within 5 days of receipt of the order to report the damage. If your order is lost in-transit, contact TheGPS-Shop.com by Email within 5 days of its scheduled arrival so we can place a tracer on the shipment with UPS/Fedex. This may take up to 7 days to complete. If you do not report the damage or the loss of goods within the 5 day period, any claims will be honoured only at the discretion of TheGPS-Shop.com management.
