TheGPS-Shop.com Returns Policy

We are aware that sometimes products you choose are not what you expected or are no longer required for the purpose you purchased them originally. For these reasons we provide our "No Hassle" Satisfaction Guarantee:

Return any product new and unopened to us for any reason and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges and conditional upon it being received by our warehouse within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Defective Products

Any Product that has proven to be defective within 30 days from the original purchase date will be replaced to you at no charge conditional upon your return of the defective product to our warehouse delivery paid. Contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number before you ship the product back to us.  If the defective product is returned after the original 30 days, then the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers warranty will apply.  Please contact the appropriate product Manufacturer for their instructions.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange the product you have purchased for any reason. Contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a return authorisation. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. Quoting this number, you can safely return the new and unopened product to us delivery paid and we will return the exchange product to you at no charge. 

Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery and Uncollected Returns

TheGPS-Shop.com will charge the customer a further delivery fee for returned goods when the incorrect address was given, refused delivery of the goods and/or the goods were uncollected and returned to our warehouse.

Unauthorised Returns to our warehouse will not be accepted.  All returns must quote a valid Returns Authorisation Number.

To Contact Us. Go to our Contact Us Page and send us an email detailing the reasons why you wish to return your product.  We will reply to you as soon as possible.                                              

TheGPS-Shop.com Refunds Policy

All authorised returns will be refunded within 7 business days of receiving the returned product into our warehouse.  Refunds will be paid by the same payment method used in the original customer sale.  Ie:  Credit Card purchases will be refunded back to your Credit Card.                                              

Manufacturers Warranties

All products sold by TheGPS-Shop.com on this site are covered by the various manaufacturers limited warranties.  If however you purchase these products through Ebay or other auction sites then your manufacturers warranties may not be valid.  

If you have any concerns regarding the manufacturers warranties offered on products you have purchased, then contact us via our "Contact Us" page and we will assist you the best we can.  

Unfortunately, TheGPS-Shop.com does not offer an extended warranty program on the products we sell.  We rely on the good quality of the products we sell and the good name and reputation of the manufacturers behind our products.  Their name, reputation and warranties are all that is required to ensure the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers.
