Q:   What are your hours of operation?

A:   Our Sales Office is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week to take your orders.  Our Warehouse is open Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm EST.

Q:   How do I use your website?

A:   When you enter our website you can navigate around the site by "Clicking" on the navigation buttons where you found the "FAQ" button.  To shop for your favourite GPS gear, you simply Click the "Add to Cart" icon for the items of your choice which will be automatically added to your virtual "Shopping Cart".  When you have finished your shopping, click on the "Checkout" icon and you will be taken to the checkout screen.  Just follow the simple instructions to complete your order. Our system will calculate the item costs including shipping (depending on your location) and totals your order.

Q:   How do I pay for my purchases?

A:   Once your order is completed our system will ask you for payment.  All payments will be processed thru Paypal® using your Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover® Credit Cards or Direct Debit Bank Cards.

Q:   When can I expect my goods to be delivered?

A:   Depending on your choice of cartage it will be delivered overnight by Air if your order is processed before 4pm EST or within 5 working days if delivered by ground services. It's your choice of delivery service. Your cost at your level of urgency.

Q:   What type of GPS Devices do you sell?

A:   TheGPS-Shop.com specializes in the retail consumer market.  We offer Automotive, Marine, Personal and Health & Fitness GPS Devices. Within these categories are car, truck, motorbike, boat, handheld, heartrate monitor watches, dog and personal tracking, software maps, trekking devices and accessories. We also offer instructional DVD's by Bennett.  These DVD's will teach you how to operate your GPS Unit.
